Evidence-based recommendations — proportionate, performance-based advice on what really needs to be done. We don't recommend unnecessary works under the guise of "compliance".
Independent design review — your appointed design team designs the remedial works; we review those proposals against the remediation intent and the fire strategy, commenting on fire safety matters as independent reviewers — not designers.

Construction Fire Safety

Managing and assuring fire safety through construction, refurbishment and remediation — protecting people, property and programme.

Construction fire safety management plans — developed before the team is even on site. We review what's being built and how it's being built, and produce a bespoke plan reflecting the design, the build sequence and the site's real conditions — aligned to the Joint Code of Practice (JCOP) and HSG 168.
Construction fire risk assessments — the plan sets out how the site should run; regular site assessments check the day-to-day reality against it, with risk-based, proportionate advice that protects the people on site and the project.
